Similarly, some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
This limited warranty is the only express warranty made by Cova Painting and replaces all other express or implied warranties. It covers only those services provided by Cova Painting to the original purchaser named on the front of the contract. In no event shall Cova Painting be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages exceeding the original contract price. This warranty cannot be altered or extended unless done so in writing and executed by all parties involved.
