No job is too large or small for Cova Painting. We are a custom paint company. While it is difficult to give accurate pricing without seeing your home, the following are general expectations for average projects that we have completed.
*The following estimates reflect typical costs for minor preparation work in standard-sized rooms. Please note, these prices may vary based on additional requirements such as extensive drywall repairs, wallpaper removal, differing closet sizes, trim, doors, or ceiling work.
For additional services, the Trim Package, covering trim and doors, may be an extra $2,000 to $4,000. Closet pricing is approximately $100 for a single standard closet, $200 for a double closet, and $300 to $500 for walk-in closets.
At Cova Painting, we ask that you move any furniture or items to the center of the room to help with the painting process. If that’s not possible, our team is happy to assist. However, we kindly request that you handle any sentimental, irreplaceable, or small items yourself, as accidents can happen. Please also remove all wall hangings before our team arrives. Keep in mind that if our crew needs to move items, it may delay the start time. Rest assured, we will protect your home with drop cloths and plastic coverings for floors, appliances, countertops, and surrounding furniture.
Preparing your walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces is the MOST important step of the painting process. Painting over grime and dirt will not do you any favors when it comes to the longevity of your project. Before painting, your home may need a few other things, such as sanding rough surfaces, drywall imperfections, caulking separations in trim, and/or patching holes. Cova Painting Services will take care of these things so your walls are completely ready to paint.
When we begin painting your walls, we will first determine if a primer is necessary. Primer serves as an essential undercoat, particularly when painting over vibrant or dark colors, especially if your walls require extensive repairs. Using a color of your choice from a top-tier paint company, our process will start with cutting in all corners—rest assured, that will be the only corner we cut! Following this, we will roll out the walls. The number of coats required can vary; however, Cova Painting Services guarantees complete coverage for a flawless finish.
Before your project is finalized, we kindly ask that you conduct a walk-through with the team leader and/or project manager. Please identify any imperfections that catch your attention. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction, as your happiness is key to our service! Additionally, we offer a one (1) year warranty against paint failure. Cova Painting Services commits to repairing any part of the project outlined in your estimate that fails due to workmanship.
